Notes	The project to create a global multifunctional infocommunication satellite system (GMISS) Efir, which was supposed to compete with the British OneWeb and the American SpaceX in covering the planet with broadband Internet, was decided to be excluded from the Digital Economy national program. The initiative never managed to attract investors. Its tasks can be solved within the framework of the Sphere satellite program at a lower cost.
