HeliuSpace is driven by a vision where Greece and Europe have access to low-cost and frequent launch vehicles to send payloads into space.
HeliuSpace is a startup with a primary focus of providing a sustainable launch service to small and medium class satellites. The costs assosiated with launching a satellite are often much higher than the cost of the satellite itself, which may dramatically increase the budget of a satellite project. Our goal is to cut launch costs by almost half and offer dedicated launch services to get small satellite operators straight to where they want to be, without any compromises to their mission or their timeline.

In recent years, the small satellite industry has seen rapid growth due to the low costs and short production times associated with making small satellites. However, the launch service industry has not experienced a similar change, and launch services remain very expensive and often out of reach for small to medium sized businesses.
In addition, most launch service providers see small satellites as secondary payloads and treat them as such, giving little or no say to the customers about the launch date and their satellite’s placement in orbit which could be counterintuitive for their mission. HeliuSpace is focusing on addressing the gap in the small satellite market, offering cheap launch services for small satellite operators and providing them with the ability to have their payload deployed in the orbit they require.
